I was looking for insurance and received a text from Taylor, gave him a call and all my worries disappeared. Thank you so much Taylor for making it painless and not so long. The icing on the cake was he added rental insurance which was great, because I didn't have it and the added price was so inexpensive that I could hardly believe, but was thankful. After being a Diamond policyholder with Progressive for more than 11 years, I never imagined that I would change insurance companies. During all that time, I had never filed a claim or asked Progressive to pay a single penny. Unfortunately, when I finally needed assistance after discovering that my windshield had been broken overnight in my parking lot, what should have been a simple process became a nightmare. Initially, they did not want to cover the replacement, and later, they attempted to charge me the deductible twice. After more than a decade of loyalty and never having submitted a claim, the experience was extremely disappointing. Thankfully, all of that is behind me now. Dan, my account manager at the State Farm Pompano Beach branch, completely changed my perspective on car insurance. He took the time to understand my priorities, my budget, and the level of protection I wanted. Dan and his team were able to significantly increase my coverage while reducing or eliminating many of my deductibles. However, Dan earned my confidence through his professionalism, transparency, patience, and genuine commitment to finding the best possible protection within my budget. Insurance is not only about finding the lowest price. It is about knowing that someone will be there when you truly need assistance. Dan made me feel valued before I had even officially become a customer. Best insurance company to go to for motorcycles cars and other vehicles that you may need to have insured the only thing I didn't like is when I was charged more than what I was told which I would be talking to the agent that is in charge of my insurance other than that I am a very happy customer
